Delete your Balooza account.

The in-app control is the fastest way to remove your account and associated cloud data.

Effective August 8, 2026Kevin Araujohello@balooza.app

Delete in the app

  1. Open Balooza on the iPhone where you are signed in.
  2. Open Settings and choose your account.
  3. Choose Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation, then confirm permanent deletion.
  5. Keep the app open until Balooza confirms that deletion finished.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your Balooza authentication record and associated profile, private cloud decks, saves, blocks, active entitlements, and share records. Public decks are removed or disassociated according to the service’s deletion rules. The app signs out and clears user-scoped local account state after the server confirms success.

Limited reports, moderation records, security records, and backup remnants can remain when needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or reliable backup rotation. These records are restricted and are not used to keep your account active.

If you cannot use the app

Email hello@balooza.app from the address connected to your Balooza account. State that you want the account deleted. Kevin may ask for limited information to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send an Apple password, verification code, or access token.

Deletion is permanent

Deleted accounts and cloud decks cannot be restored. Local decks that were never synced can remain on the device until you remove them or delete the app. Removing Balooza from your iPhone without using Delete Account does not delete cloud account data.
