Delete your Balooza data.
Balooza does not require a visible account. The in-app control removes the invisible service identity used for online features.
Delete in the app
The control appears after this installation creates an anonymous identity for an online feature such as AI Deck creation or private feedback. If the control is not present, this installation has no anonymous service identity available to delete.
- Open Balooza on the phone that used the online feature.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete Balooza Data.
- Read the confirmation, then confirm permanent deletion.
- Keep the app open until Balooza confirms that deletion finished.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes the anonymous Balooza authentication record and product data linked to that service identity. It also clears the service session on the device after the server confirms success.
Your built-in Decks, saved local Decks, local players, and preferences stay on the device. You can remove them separately in the app or by deleting the app. Limited security records and backup remnants can remain when required for abuse prevention, legal duties, or reliable backup rotation.
If you cannot use the app
Email hello@balooza.app with the app version, platform, and exact error. Because the service identity is anonymous, the in-app action is the reliable deletion path. Never send a password, verification code, or access token.
Server deletion is permanent
Deleted server data cannot be restored. Removing Balooza from your phone without using Delete Balooza Data might leave the anonymous service identity on the server until normal retention removes it.
