Email hello@balooza.app. Include the app version from Settings, your phone model and platform, and what happened just before the problem. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or sensitive Deck content.
Balooza is a small app, so support is personal rather than a formal help desk. Kevin will respond as soon as practical.

Quick recovery
A round feels stuck
Exit the round, reopen the deck, and start again. Local play should still work without an account or network.
A deck will not generate
Check your connection and read the message in Deck Maker. You can make three AI Decks each day, including one that uses the web. Saved and built-in Decks always stay ready.
A shared Deck will not open
Update Balooza, then ask your friend to share the Deck again. A shared Deck stays inside the link and is not posted to a public feed.
You want to remove service data
Use Delete Balooza Data in Settings. Your saved local Decks stay on the device unless you remove them separately.
Delete Balooza data
Balooza does not require a visible account. It can create an invisible service identity for AI and private feedback. The data deletion guide explains how to remove that server data without deleting your saved local Decks.
